Oh, I have been there. And, as you say, the temptation is so overwhelming, and the realization is as ecstatic as you anticipated. You express the feelings aptly. And yes, when alcohol is brought into the mix, as it was in my case, then normal inhibitions are discounted. In my case the incident(s) with this person brought about a lot of distress and dismay for others, as we were caught out.
