I’m beginning to see a “thing” with you…
you like Star Trek.
HA!
(me, too)
There’s a writer who created a few Treks…he also wrote something called The Man From Earth…An incredible movie, to be sure.
And…nice Mute Monday!
Have a happy one!
I don’t know that one, Bonehead, but I shall try to find it :)
Happy Birthday Ruf!
Thank You, for Loving My Friend, in such away, that she has Blossomed into an OUTSTANDING individual, who can now see, what the rest of us see…. An Extremely Lovely Lady, both without, and within!!!
Hopefully you received exactly what you wanted for your Birthday!
Hey Polar, I shall pass on your thanks in my own unique way when I see him on Saturday :)
I was wondering how Star Trek was going to work in to this theme. Those are a lot of superstars I’ve never seen before. I know your Ruf will have a Super Star day especially if you tell him some of those bedtime stories.
Happy MM!
Buzz, Brian Jacks was a legend of SuperStars when it first began in the UK and I grew up worshipping him :)
Superstar RUFF!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!
Heh…I like that yore superstars ain’t bubbleheads.
an’ Happy MM, Cakey-Pie.
Aunty, I dont know if it made it across the Pond, but it was a very popular series for sporting stars to pit their fitness against each other in a series of non-specific sports tests. It’s been resurrected recently but is not as popular
The Undertaker was one bad dude. A super villian. Happy Mute Birthday Monday to Ruf and to you!
Troll, I dont really know any of the other Superstars from the US. But I did watch Mickey Rourke recently in that film he made about the wrestlers and I have the utmost respect for their courage
Superstars, or something similar, did make it across the Pond. Bo Jackson, parlayed his victory in it into a good series of “Bo Knows” Nike Commercials.
LOL, Never heard of him! But then I dont think you knew Brian Jacks :)
I had faith you’d find a way to get Star Trek in. :-) Happy MM AND a very Happy Birthday to Ruff!
That Star Trek one came up quite quickly :) I shall pass on your good wishes x
Hmmm …. methinks that Ruf is THE Super Star of the day!
Happy Birthday Ruf!
LOL… And there’s more on him later… :)
Happy Birthday Ruf!! My suggestion for today is to EAT LOTSA CAKE!!
xx
Hurrah! :)
Good afternoon Joanna,
Were your superstars from soccer or rugby?
Happy Birthday Ruff, hope you to get to spend it together.
Happy Mute Monday!
Karl, the UK SuperStars represented all sorts of different sports. Brian Jacks was a judoka
Rugby is one tough sport. Happy Birthday to Mr. Ruf, too!
the day you fail to insert a reference to star trek, im going to fall over. and be sad…cause i love seeing how you work them into every theme. yay!
happy MM!!
Happy Birthday, Ruf!!! Sorry I’m late. Hope you had a good one.
