With thanks to DiscoBlog for pointing me in the direction of these two videos showing MRI Sex and explaining how it was achieved within the confines of the scanner. The question of ‘what does sex look like?’ actually answered before your eyes.
And so wonderful to see the couple involved actually recreating the scenario, complete with their obvious affection for each other some years on.

That was neat, it’s surprising that the resolution of the film was so good. Every time I’ve been an MRI I’ve been warned not to move a I’d ruin the shot. Those two were certainly moving.

Hey Karl! I had forgotten the whole ‘not allowed to move’ thing. I guess they weren’t having to examine a very specific body part for abnormalities so staying still was not quite so crucial :)

Nitebyrd, LambChop, Anna Keraleigh – It’s amazing isnt it, because when you listen to them talk, it sounds as if they were genuinely aroused in the scanner, despite everything else going on around them. When you watch them together in that cut off dustbin many years later, you can see that he just really enjoys being intimate with his woman. I thought it was wondeful to see them together. I really hope Ruf and I can maintain that level of physicality :)
