Movie Clip Wednesday - Best Opening Scene

In an unexpected turn-up, MRM gave us a whole week’s notice of the theme for this week but it wasn’t difficult for me to select my favourite.

You all know my love of Star Trek so this is the famous Kobayashi Maru test from my favourite Star Trek film. Khaaaaaaan!!!!

Of course the James Bond franchise has made ‘the opening sequence’ their own over the years.  Far too many to mention and most involving a lot of special effects but this one does stick out in my memory because I always feel that Daniel Craig just might actually be doing his own stunts – even if it is with a parachute or safety harness airbrushed out.

With my fear of vertigo, this makes me feel ill just watching…

  • Great choice with Khan. Kirstie was so hot. What’s all this sutff about not getting enough notice? For a minute I thought I was at Buzz’s place. Happy MCW

  • Good afternoon Joanna,

Good choice with both. The Wrath of Khan gave me a phrase that I use quite often, if you don’t like the answers change the questions.

Sorry, I’m a day late. Although it did have the added benefit of viewing your HNT shot;)
