Just so you know, this is not my email address and I very rarely send out personal emails unless in response to someone’s question.
Please do not open such a mail as it may well turn out to contain something nasty.
If anyone knows anything I can do to force this imposter to stop using my name in the address bar, I would be extremely grateful.

I fear that is something spam-related and you can do nothing about this. Just protect your adress book.
I suppose it at least means that your name means something to an awful lot of people :-)
