Help Your Mental Health

Definitely some thinks we should think about if we want to preserve our own sanity! Thanks iVillage

Fresh air, sunshine, exercise, relaxation, time off with friends, having some ‘me’ time but, just as importantly, some ‘us’ time.

Ruf and I have already vowed that, if we do ever move in together, scheduling time to work on our relationship is going to be compulsory.

Having made the mistake once, I really want to ensure that we retain our coupledom!

  1. Trying not to get too serious all the time is also one of the ways to maintain mental health. If you don’t loosen up yourselves by acting crazy at times, you will definitely go crazy eventually!
