Hitachi Magic Wand - Update

Further to my post on the industrial-strength pleasures of the Hitachi Wand, I have just discovered that the Hitachi Wand Executive Pack is now available from Stressnomore.

With the Executive Pack, you get the classic body massager, featuring a soft silicone tennis-ball sized head that is excellent for deep tissue and muscle massage, with the usual power converter. The added bonus is that it contains a variable speed controller, which is so vital if you want to improve the experience downstairs. There is an attachment to offer the opportunity for penetrative possibilities too. The lack of both of these were major deficiencies, in my opinion, of the original Wand as a stand-alone product.

The Hitachi Magic Wand really is a dual-purpose device, single-handedly being able to relieve any muscle tension via an all-over massage and then stimulate your nether regions into orgasms of climactic proportions. The massage element promoting the increased circulation of oxygen and nutrients to your organs and tissues and encouraging your body to get rid of any toxins and waste products. Whilst the release of all those good endorphins from the climax improves your general well-being, both physically and mentally.

In the past, I have complained about the Hitachi because of the lack of control over speed and power. The low setting can be too low and the high setting too high; but the real problem is the lack of a middle ground between low and HIGH!!!! That high can knock your socks off when you switch from one setting to the next suddenly. So, the discovery that Stressnomore stock the Hitachi Wand Executive Pack containing a variable speed control made me very excited.

The controller itself has two switches – a rocker switch that moves between Off, Var and Full. The Var setting being the best as, in conjunction with the the radial dial, you can set the Magic Wand to whatever speed you want. The Full switch generates full power between low-medium-high. The sales pitch also states that you can use it with other similarly limited plug-in vibrators.

An additional bonus is that, because the massage wand’s cord plugs into the speed controller, it acts like a 6-foot extension cord. This was always a bit of an irritation with the main Wand – you had to stay near a power source in order to be able to use it. Like all electrical appliances, the cord itself can be a bit stiff to start with though and, obviously, it is all pretty cumbersome when compared to other rechargeable devices that don’t require a lead when you’re using them. However, the majority of those are not able to fulfil both the massage and stimulation options, so there are pros and cons for both types.

The Hitachi Magic Wand – still the best all-over body massager – and now with improved clitoral stimulation capabilities.

Fabulous!

If purchasing from StressNoMore, use the code SNM8796 at the check-out to get 5% off the purchase price if you order before 30th April 2010

For my American readers, the wand plus attachments and the variable speed control are available from Amazon.com
