Durex Play Vibrations Twinkle

When the lovely people at Durex told me that they could ‘put a twinkle on Ruf’s winkle‘ for Christmas, I was intrigued. And, being as I was looking for little things to wrap for his stocking, I thought it might be just the thing.

According to the blurb:

The Durex Sexual Wellbeing Survey revealed that we’re all looking for more fun in our relationship and  what better way to bring some excitement into the bedroom than with the limited edition Vibrations Twinkle.

When he first saw the packet, Ruf definitely turned his nose up.

I had bought him a cock ring once before and, whilst it was interesting the first time, after a while he found that the thickness of the ring forced blood into his cock but then cut off the sensation so that he found it very difficult to come.

This little gadget was quite different. It’s a very thin ring of silicone with a small bullet on the top. It looks a bit like a rather garish signet ring :)

The man puts it onto his erect penis (slide it over the top of a condom if you are using one – be careful not to damage the condom as you do it) with the bullet facing upwards. There is about 20 minutes worth of battery available and it’s very easy to operate the on/off button.

Ruf did as instructed and then switched it on. I couldn’t hear it and had to actually touch it to make sure that it really was working. Ruf confirmed that the device itself was tight enough to stay in place but not constricting the flow of blood into his cock and interfering with his enjoyment.

He also seemed very appreciative of the vibrating sensation so I lubed him up and then lay back as he slid himself into me, gradually increasing his pressure and speed of his thrust. The little buzzer suddenly came into its own as, every time, he pushed forward, my clit suddenly got the benefit for a few moments and then withdrew. It was very teasing… and very arousing.

He let me enjoy it for a while before pulling me up onto his lap. I love it when he does that. Just moves me around as if I am a ragdoll.

Wrapping my arms and legs around him to keep myself securely in position, I began gyrating. Up and down and round and round. Grinding myself against the prominent vibrating part as I sucked all my Kegel muscles around Ruf’s cock inside me. It was really very enjoyable, but just not quite enough to climax. However, bearing in mind that we had been very active already that morning, not forgetting the previous evening, that’s not really a proper reflection of the toy’s capabilities.

Our verdict is that it was great fun and well worth the small outlay of £6.99 if you’re looking for an unusual diversion from your normal foreplay.

Ideal for Valentine’s Day! The only problem is that it only seems to be available from the main Durex website who cite delivery times of five days, which means it won’t be with you in time.

However, I have managed to find a couple of similar models at Love Honey:

The Durex Play Vibrations Ring at £6.99  and the Durex Play Ultra Vibrating Cock Ring at £10.99. If you order by 4pm today (Wednesday) you get free delivery for Valentine’s Day. After that, if you want to guarantee delivery for Valentine’s Day, you have to pay for it and orders must be in by 4pm on Friday.

  • not sure enough to state this as fact.
But in my travels in life, I have had two friends who warned me about things that ‘wrap’ around the dick when doing it.
They were fairly sure that it was because of that (one even had a doctor look at him and agree) but bent dick syndrome?
    I’ll pass on the toys….
Anyway, I still seem to do oK at entertaining in other ways…
    d=))
(at least, she doesn’t complain…except we want MORE time together)

Ruf doesnt really like cock rings much either. But I think this little device is so slim and lasts for only 20 mins so Id like to think that it wouldn’t cause that type of problem.

  • After reading your post I kept this in mind and I actually managed to buy one today in Boots in my local town! An if it’s here in Ireland then technically it should be available anywhere and I certainly don’t live in a city so I’m well pleased with myself :) I can’t wait to try it out heehee.
    always,
    B.

    Enjoy! :)

We use a similar device. They are very fun and also good during oral sex.
